  1. 5 teaspoons 25ml Ground anise - (aniseed)

  2. 5 teaspoons 25ml Star anise

  3. 1 Cinnamon stick - (5") in, cassia bark

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Whole cloves

  5. 7 teaspoons 35ml Fennel seeds

  1. Using a blender, process all ingredients until finely ground.

  2. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
