  12. 8 oz 227g Green pineapple chunks

  13. 8 oz 227g Dried mixed fruit

  14. 8 oz 227g Golden raisins

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10- by 4-inch tube pan or 2 loaf pans, 9 by 5 by 3 inches. In a bowl, combine softened butter, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, lemon juice, red wine, and 3 eggs. Stir in flour. Add coconut, candied red cherries, chopped pecans, green pineapple chunks, dried mixed fruit, and golden raisins. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe yields 16 servings.
