  1. * Round Steak should be cut into 1-inch cubes. ** Peppers should beseeded and chopped. ~--

  2. ~-- Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in 4-quart Dutchoven until beef is brown.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese, tortillas and beans. Heat toboiling; reduce heat.

  4. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender, about 2hours. Serve with cheese, tortillas, and beans.
