  1. 2 tablespoons Cornmeal

  2. 12 To 14" prepared pizza

  3. Crust -- uncooked

  4. 3/4 cup Prepared tomato or pizza

  5. Sauce

  6. 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes*

  7. 1 Green bell pepper;chop --

  8. Seed 2 1/4 ounce Ripe olives -- sliced

  9. 20 ounces Pineapple tidbits --

  10. Drained 4 ounces Smoked Gouda cheese --

  11. Shred 4 ounces Fontina cheese -- shred

  12. Fresh ground black pepper

  13. To taste

  1. Sprinkle cornmeal on bottom of pizza pan. Place pizza crust on pan. Spread tomato or pizza sauce over crust. Top and sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Bake at 425~ for about 18 minutes; or until cheese melts. *You can purchase sun-dried tomatoes either packed in oil in jars or packaged dry in cellophane.
