  1. 1 premade graham cracker pie crust

  2. 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin

  3. 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix together pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt.

  3. Pour into ready made crust.

  4. Bake 15 minutes.

  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

  6. Bake another 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.

  7. Cool.

  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
