  1. 3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

  2. 1 1/2 cups flaked halibut

  3. 1 cup finely chopped onion

  4. 1 package frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed and -- drained

  5. 1 1/3 cups milk

  6. 3 eggs

  7. 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix

  8. 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

  10. 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  1. Preparation : Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture. Bake 400F for 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley. Source: Alaska Seafood Cookbook
