  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1/2 cup uncooked rice

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 1/3 cup chopped onion

  5. 1 tsp. Salt

  6. 1/2 tsp. Celery salts,

  7. 1 can (15 ounces size) Tomato sauce

  8. 1 cup water

  9. 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, ½ cup water, onion, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix well and shape into balls. Place in un-greased baking dish, ( 8x8x2 ). Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil and Bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. May be served over rice, noodles or pasta. Lynn Byers McClellan
