  1. 1 ENTIRE BAG YANKEE CORNBREAD & MUFFIN MIX ( GLUTEN FREE PANTRY)

  2. 1/4 CUP SUGAR

  3. 1 1/3 CUP LOW-FAT BUTTERMILK

  4. 1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN

  5. 6 TBSP MELTED

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425. LIGHTLY GREASE AND 8 X 8 INCH PAN. COMBINE MIX AND SUGAR. ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX TO MOISTEN. POUR INTO PAN AND BAKE 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN. SERVE WARM MUFFINS: SPOON BATTER INTO 12 GREASED MUFFIN TINS. BAKE 15-17 MINUTES
