  1. 2 tb Ghee

  2. Green onions, chopped

  3. 1/4 ts Pepper

  4. 1/4 ts Salt

  5. 1 ts Soy sauce

  6. 1/2 ts White vinegar

  7. 1 c Water

  8. 1 c Diced tomatoes

  9. 1/2 ts Chili powder

  10. 1/8 ts Turmeric

  11. 1/2 ts Garam masala

  12. 1/2 c Diced onion

  13. 1 ts Minced garlic

  14. 1 ts Minced ginger

  15. 2 ea Sprigs cilantro, chopped

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Heat ghee in a pot.

  2. Add ginger, garlic & onion & stir-fry 1 minute.

  3. Add garam masala, turmeric & chili powder.

  4. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  5. Add tomatoes & stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  6. Add water.

  7. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes.

  8. Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper.

  9. Mix well.

  10. Garnish with green onions & cilantro.

  11. Serve hot.
