  1. 2 1/4 cups chopped cucumbers

  2. 1 can (450 grams) thick asparagus

  3. 3/4 cup Salad Cream

  4. salt, pepper and powdered sugar to taste

  5. For decoration

  6. 2 cucumbers, sliced

  7. a little parsley

  1. Cut the asparagus into small cubes.

  2. Mix the cucumber and asparagus pieces. Add the salad cream and mix well. Add salt, pepper and powdered sugar.

  3. Chill the salad.

  4. Decorate with cucumber slices. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.

  5. Serve cold.
