  1. 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, divided

  2. 1/2 cup diced green pepper

  3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  4. 2 tsps. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

  5. 1/4 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. powdered mustard

  7. 2 cups flaked cooked white-fish

  8. 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs

  9. 1/4 cup chopped pimiento

  10. 1/2 tsp. paprika

  11. Makes 4 servings

  1. Method :

  2. In a medium saucepan melt 1 Tbs. of the butter. Add green pepper; sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in mayonnaise, Lea & Perrins, salt and mustard. Gently blend in fish. Turn into a buttered 1-quart casserole.

  4. In a small saucepan melt remaining 2 Tbs. butter. Stir in bread crumbs, pimiento, and paprika. Sprinkle over fish mixture.

  5. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350°F) until crumbs are golden, about 30 minutes.
