  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Chopped shallots or green onions

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced garlic

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped parsley

  9. 4 cups 948ml Cooked spaghetti

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook until opaque in the center; remove to a warm plate. Add the garlic and shallots to the skillet and cook until fragrant (about 10 seconds), then add the lemon juice, (brandy or sherry), parsley, salt and pepper. Remove pan from heat and add diet margarine. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce. Arrange over pasta. Spoon remaining sauce over shrimp. This recipe yields 6 servings.
