  2. 1/2 onion , sliced

  3. 1/4 tsp. chopped chipotle chilies

  4. 1 clove garlic, whole

  5. 1 vanilla bean

  6. 1 dash cinnamon

  7. 10 chocolate chips

  8. 1 tsp. honey

  9. 10 almond s

  10. 1 Tbsp. butter Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Combine ingredients, except butter, in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil; cook until mixture is reduced to ¾ cup. Strain ingredients, then return the liquid to the pan. Add butter and boil 3 to 4 minutes.
