  1. 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

  2. 2 tsp. salt

  3. 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  4. 1 tbsp. minced garlic

  5. 1 onion, sliced thin

  6. 2 tbsp. olive oil

  7. 2 lbs. lamb chops p>

  1. In a large re-seal able bag, combine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and olive oil. Mix. Place lamb chops in the bag and coat all pieces well. Refrigerate for one hour to marinade.

  2. Preheat grill on medium-high.

  3. With aluminum foil, wrap exposed ends of bones to keep them from burning.

  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or to your desire.
