  1. 6 slices of deli ham

  2. 8 strips of bacon

  3. 3 eggs

  4. 1 tbs. milk

  5. 1 8oz block PHILIDELPHIA cream cheese

  6. 2 tbs. salsa

  7. Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough (RECIPE CREATIONS)

  8. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  9. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  10. Optional toppings:

  11. chopped onions

  12. chopped red and green peppers

  13. chopped mushrooms

  1. Photo by: meaga chef Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Prepare toppings. Cubed and fry the ham in a medium sized frying pan over medium high heat. Remove and set aside. Now fry the bacon strips until crispy. Crumble the bacon and set aside. Next combine the milk and eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk until mixed completely. Now pour and scramble the mixture. Set aside. In a small sauce pan, melt the cream cheese and then stir in salsa.

  3. Prepare crust. Spray cooking oil on a 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Press dough in bottom of pan to form the crust. Bake crust for 5 minutes.

  4. Assemble pizza. Spread cream cheese mixture to roughly ½ inch from the edges. Now sprinkle the eggs, then ham, then bacon. Lastly, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella then the cheddar cheese evenly a top the pizza.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.

  6. Cut in to squares and serve immediately. Yield: serves 8 Notes: Pre-baking the dough makes for a crispier crust.
