  1. 2 cups All-purpose Flour

  2. 2 tsp Baking Powder

  3. 1 Tbsp Maple Powder

  4. 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  5. 1 stick Butter , melted

  6. 1/3 cup Milk

  7. 2 Beaten Eggs

  8. 1 1/4 cups Blueberries

  9. 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and Maple powder. Set aside.

  2. Spray a glass measuring cup with cooking spray. Measure the Maple Syrup into the cup. Add the stick of butter. Put in the microwave, on high for about 1 minute, watching carefully. When the butter is mostly melted, remove from microwave, and stir butter until it finishes melting in the syrup. Add the milk. Add the Syrup/butter mixture to the flour mixture, and add the two beaten eggs. Mix well. Fold in the blueberries and chopped walnuts. Spray muffin tin with baking spray. Fill 2/3 full.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until they test done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, before removing to cooling rack.
