2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
3 1/2 cups frosted flakes
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with pineapple; mixing well after addition. Crush frosted flakes slightly. Combine with nuts. Roll Tablespoon of dough in cereal mixture. Place a little apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
