  1. 1 large angel food cake

  2. 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheeses, softened

  3. 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk , regular or fat free

  4. 2 cups whipping cream

  5. 2 tablespoons sugar

  6. 2 10 oz pkgs. frozen sweetened strawberries hulled, thawed

  1. Cut the cake into cubes about the size of a walnut. In a small mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and the condensed milk, mixing until smooth and completely blended. In a separate bowl, whip the cream and sugar until stiff. In a glass bowl, layer half the cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, whipping cream, and strawberries.. Repeat layers ending with whipping cream and strawberries. Store in refrigerator.
