  1. 12 oz. can dark and white meat chicken, drained

  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  3. 2 Tbsp. honey dijon mustard

  4. 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  5. 2 green onions, chopped

  6. 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

  7. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  8. 1/2 cup shelled salted sunflower seeds

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and blend gently to combine. Cover tightly and refrigerate up to 3 days. Makes enough for 4-6 sandwiches
