  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Roquefort cheese - (room temp)

  2. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Cream cheese cut into pieces

  3. (at room temp)

  4. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Garlic - minced

  5. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Tabasco sauce

  1. Use an electric mixer to beat the Roquefort in a medium bowl until smooth.

  2. Gradually beat in the cream cheese.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined and smooth.

  4. Serve at room temperature.
