  1. 1 c Biscuit baking mix

  2. 1/2 c Sugar

  3. 1/3 c Cocoa

  4. 3/4 c Milk; divided

  5. 1/3 c Butter; melted

  6. 3/4 c Chocolate topping; divided

  7. 1 ts Vanilla

  8. 1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  9. -divided 3/4 c Water; hot

  10. 350?. Grease

  11. 8" square baking pan. In medium bowl, combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa; stir in

  12. 1/2 c. milk, butter,

  13. 1/4 c. topping and vanilla until blended. Stir in

  14. 1/2 c. chocolate chips; spread evenly in prepared pan. In small bowl, combine remaining

  15. 1/4 c. milk, remaining

  16. 1/2 c. topping and hot water. Pour liquid mixture carefully over top of

  17. 1/2 c. chips over surface. Bake

  18. 40-45 minutes or until center is set and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. Let stand 15 minutes; spoon into dessert dishes, spooning pudding from bottom of pan over top. Serve warm; garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
