  1. 1 14 1/2 oz. College Inn ® Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic

  2. 1 lb. frozen tortellini cheese

  3. 2 cups broccoli florets

  4. 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast Cut into strips

  5. 1-1/2 cups mushrooms sliced

  6. 2 tsp. basil

  7. 2 Tbsp. butter

  8. 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

  1. Directions Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook chicken, mushrooms, garlic and basil in butter until chicken is browned. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup broth; set aside. Add remaining broth to chicken. Heat, stirring until chicken is cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture; cook, stirring, until thickened and bubbly. Toss chicken mixture with tortellini and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. +
