  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs

  3. 1 egg

  4. 2 T. finely chopped onion s salt & pepper

  5. 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks Sauce

  6. 1 1/2 cup ketchup juice from

  7. 20 oz. can pineapple

  8. 3/4 cup brown sugar

  9. 2 T. worchestershire sauce

  1. Mix egg, bread crumbs and salt and pepper, set aside. Place ground beef and onions in a bowl, add egg mixture, mix well. Roll into meatballs and cook, I use an electric skillet. Cook until done, about 10 minutes, turning a couple of times, to keep from getting flat spots. Mix sauce and pour over meatballs and pineapple chunks that have been placed in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Longer cooked the better they are.
