  1. 2 1/2 cups 156g / 5 1/2oz Shredded cooked chicken

  2. 1 Lawry's spices and seasonings - for fajitas

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Water

  4. 8 oz 227g Tortilla chips

  5. 1 1/4 cups 182g / 6.4oz Grated cheddar cheese - (5 oz), (4 oz)

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated Monterey jack cheese

  7. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Tomato - chopped (large)

  8. 1 Sliced ripe olives - drained

  9. 1 oz 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Sliced green onions

  10. Salsa

  1. In medium skillet, combine chicken, Spices and Seasonings for Fajitas and water; blend well.

  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. In large shallow ovenproof platter, arrange chips.

  3. Top with chicken and cheeses. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Top with tomato, olives, green onions and desired amount of salsa.

  4. Makes 4 appetizer or 2 main dish servings.

  5. PRESENTATION: Garnish with guacamole and sour cream.

  6. HINT: For a spicier version, add sliced jalapenos.
