    1. 1 Large egg

    2. 2 Teaspoons water

    3. 1 Teaspoon chopped green onion

    4. 1 Teaspoon margarine

    5. 1/2 english muffin--toasted

    6. 1 Slice processed cheese--cut into triangles

    7. 1 Tablespoon prepared salsa

    1. Preparation : 1. In small bowl, beat egg, water and green onion.

    2. In small skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture. Cook and stir until egg is set. Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with cheese.

    3. Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese begins to melt. Top with salsa. Garnish as desired.
