  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Curry powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper

  5. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  7. 1 Garlic - peeled and minced

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili powder

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions Put all of the above ingredients into a saucepan and stir to mix. Then bring to a low simmer and cook for 3 minutes - stirring to prevent scorching. Cool it and store in a jar in the refrigerator. Label and date it. It will remain in good condition - refrigerated - for 10 days to 2 weeks.
