  2. 1/3 c Whole-wheat flour

  3. 1/4 c Chopped dates; or raisins, o

  4. 2 t. honey

  5. 1/2 ts Salt

  6. 5 c Water

  7. 15 Mix the oats, flour, dates, raisins or honey, and salt in a large bowl. Add the water to make a batter. Pour the batter into a blender in batches until the consistency is smooth. (Or process all at once in a food processor.) Cook for 8 to 10 minutes in a waffle iron set on high.
