  1. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Unflavored gelatin

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Boiling water

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Green peppermint flavoring

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1 Lo-cal whipped topping mix

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Cold water

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  8. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Small semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Recipe Instructions Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water, stirring to dissolve. Add peppermint flavoring and salt; stir well. Let mixture cool. Combine topping mix, cold water and vanilla in bowl, and whip mixture until stiff. Fold in peppermint mixture and chocolate chips. Pour into freezer tray and freeze until firm.
