    5. 1 Egg white; beaten stiff

    6. 1 c Brown sugar

    7. 1 tb Flour

    8. 1 pn Salt

    9. 1 c Chopped pecans

    10. Add brown sugar to egg white and continue stirring. Stir in flour and salt. Add pecans and drop by teaspoonfuls far apart on a buttered cookie

    11. 10 minutes. Remove from sheet when slightly cool.

    12. This a tea party cookie.
