  1. 1 box plain chocloate wafer cookies

  2. 8 ounces wild blackberry chevre

  3. 8 ounces plain chevre whipped topping

  1. Preparation : Carefully remove cookies from box so as not to break. Take the Wild Blackberry Chevre and place in a bowl and beat until light and fluffy. "Frost" one cookie on one side only and then continue with the others. Stack them together to form a log, rotating cookie, chevre, cookie, chevre etc. Place log on serving platter. Take chevre out of container and beat in whipped topping til fluffy. Frost the entire log. Garnish with grated chocolate and holly sprigs ( DO NOT EAT HOLLY). Cover carefully and place in the fridge to chill for about 6 hours. Cut on the diagonal.
