  6. 1 tsp Thickening Corn starch

  7. 1 tsp Water

  8. 1 tbsp

  1. Mix spare ribs with marinade. Saute spare ribs in 2 tbsp oil. Add water and cover. Cook on low heat until spare ribs are done, about 3 minutes. Add green bell peppers and thickening. Stir well until heated through.
