  1. 1 16 oz. bag pre-washed salad greens (such as romaine, radicchio, butter lettuce)

  2. 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced

  3. 3/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

  4. 2 oz. gruyere or swiss cheese, diced

  5. 1/2 bottle raspberry vinaigrette dressing

  1. Wash and dry salad greens. Place in a large salad bowl.

  2. Add chopped apple, hazelnuts and cheese. Toss well.

  3. Just before serving, toss with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

  4. Serves 4-6.
