  1. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Pretzels - finely crushed

  2. 1 1/3 cups 263g / 9 1/3oz Sugar

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter - melted

  4. 1 Lime - zest of

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Lime juice - freshly squeezed

  6. 1 Ca sweetened condensed milk

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Gold tequila

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Triple sec

  9. 1 cup 237ml Heavy cream - whipped

  10. 2 Green food coloring -

  11. 1/2 cup 118ml Heavy cream - whipped

  12. 12 Pretzels

  13. 12 Mint leaves

  1. In a medium bowl place the crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Mix the ingredients together well and press them into a 9" buttered pie pan. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. In another medium bowl place the lime zest, lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, tequila, and triple sec. Mix the ingredients together.

  3. Fold in the 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped, and the green food coloring. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Freeze the pie for 4 hours.

  4. Decorate the pie with the 1/2 cup of whipped cream, pretzels, and mint leaves.
