  1. 1/4c Butter

  2. 1/2ts Salt

  3. 1/4ts Pepper

  4. 1/2ts Sage

  5. 2 Slices prosciutto, diced

  6. 8 Bread triangles, sauteed

  7. 1/4c Marsala

  8. 1 tb Butter

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. + Cut livers in half, simmer in melted butter together with seasonings and prosciutto for 5 mins.

  2. Remove livers, place them on sauteed bread triangles.

  3. Add wine to pan gravy, cook 3 mins.

  4. Add remaining butter, mix well, pour over the livers.

  5. servings.
