  1. 4 medium apples

  2. 1/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

  3. 3/4 cup water

  4. 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Peel, core and coarsely chop apples. Place apples in a 2-quart sauce pan. Add all ingredients. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 12 to 15 minutes or until apples are tender. Mash apples with potato masher or fork. Serve warm or chilled.
