  1. 20 very thin slices of beef.

  2. 1 box tooth picks.

  3. 1 loaf of bread.

  4. 1 head garlic, olive oil ,

  5. 4 leaves basil and mint

  6. 1/5 eggs.

  1. in a lg bowl{stuffing}5 slices of bread{lightly wet,squeeze water out of bread}add eggs,5 toes minced garlic,add the minced basil and mint,drizzle with olive oil mix.lay each slice of meat flat,add some of the stuffing{do not over fill}.roll meat tucking in sides.secure with tooth picks.saute in oil.just until browned.place in a pot of pasta sauce,simmer for 1 to 2 hrs.{remove toothpicks befor serving,also check sauce for any loose toothpicks.and remove.serve on side with pasta.
