  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions In a small bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, shallots, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly until thickened. Adjust seasonings to taste. This recipe yields about 3/4 cup. Per tablespoon: 80 calories, 1g carbohydrate, no protein, 9g fat, no cholesterol.
