  1. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Coconut - flaked

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pecans - chopped

  3. 1 German chocolate cake mix

  4. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Water

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Oil

  6. 3 Eggs

  7. 3 1/2 cups 693g / 24oz Powdered sugar

  8. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Butter or margarine --

  9. Melted 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease 9X13-inch pan.

  2. Sprinkle coconut and pecans More? evenly over bottom of greased pan.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Spoon batter evenly over coconut and pecans.

  4. In another large bowl, combine powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese; beat until smooth and creamy. Spoon evenly over batter to within 1" of edge.

  5. Bake at 375F for 43 to 53 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into squares.

  6. Invert each square onto individual plates.

  7. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
