  1. 2 cups chicken -- cooked, cut up

  2. 1/2 cup zucchini -- chopped

  3. 1/2 cup radishes -- chopped

  4. 1/4 cup 2% yogurt

  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  6. 1/2 teaspoon bulk granulated artificial sweetener -- like sugar twin

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ginger -- ground

  8. 3 cups lettuce -- shredded

  1. Preparation : In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, and radishes. In a cup, combine yogurt, soy sauce, sweetener and ginger. Pour over chicken mixture to coat evenly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving, then toss well gently. Divide into 4 portions. Makes 5 cups, 4 servings
