  2. 2 medium onions, chopped

  3. 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro

  4. 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

  5. 2 tablespoons sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon salt Tortilla chips

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 7 cups.
