  1. 1 pound medium fresh mushrooms

  2. 1/4 cup butter, cubed

  3. 2 teaspoons dried basil

  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  5. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  7. 1 teaspoon browning sauce, optional

  1. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in seasonings and browning sauce if desired. Reduce heat; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Yield: 4 servings.
