    1. 1 pound(s) jumbo lump crab meat , free of shells

    2. 1 cup(s) pepper jack cheese , grated

    3. 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise

    4. 1/4 cup(s) parmesan , grated

    5. 1/4 cup(s) green onions , chopped

    6. 6 garlic cloves , roasted, or 2 cloves minced

    7. 3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce

    8. 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon or lime juice

    9. 1 teaspoon(s) hot sauce

    10. 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard

    11. salt and pepper

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    2. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Bake for 40 minutes.

    3. Serve hot with crackers or toast points.
