  1. 4 cups Peaches; peeled and sliced

  2. cup Sugar

  3. teaspoon Salt

  4. 2 1/2 tablespoon Butter or margerine; melted

  5. cup Flour

  6. 2 1/2 tablespoon Tapioca

  7. 1 9" unbaked pie shell

  8. teaspoon Cinnamon

  9. cup Brown sugar

  1. CRUMBS Mix together gently, peaches, sugar, salt and tapioca. Let belnd for 5 minutes before spooning into pie shell. Mix crumb ingredients well and sprinkle over pie shell.

  2. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes.
