  1. 1 lb 93% lean ground beef

  2. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

  3. 2 cups low sodium chicken broth

  4. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  5. 1 cup low-fat sour cream

  6. 2 (7 ounce) cans green chilies , diced

  7. 1 (11 ounce) package corn tortilla chips

  8. 2 cups grated monterey jack cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese

  9. 1 cup green onion , sliced

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.

  2. In medium skillet, brown meat till done.

  3. Drain meat well then return to skillet.

  4. Add taco seasoningand blend well.

  5. In a small bowl, combine broth and flour.

  6. Add to meat mexture and bring to boil to slightly thicken liquid.

  7. Stir in sour cream and chilies, blend well.

  8. Lightly grease a 13 X 9 inch glass baking dish with cooking sprya.

  9. Pour half of the bag of chips in the bottom and press down to flatten.

  10. Top with half the meat mixture.

  11. Next layer with half of the cheese.

  12. Next layer half the onions.

  13. Repeat layers ending with the onion.

  14. Bake uncovered in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes.

  15. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
