  1. 1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup

  2. 1 lb Ground Beef

  3. 1/3 c Dry Bread Crumbs

  4. 1 Egg Beaten

  5. 1/4 c Onion Finely Chopped

  6. 1 1/4 c Fresh Mushrooms Sliced

  1. In bowl, mix THOROUGHLY 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion.

  2. Shape FIRMLY into 6 patties.

  3. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties, a few at a time, until browned on both sides.

  4. Spoon off fat.

  5. Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms; return patties to skillet.

  6. Reduce heat to low.

  7. Cover; simmer 20 min.

  8. or until done, turning patties occasionally.

  9. Prep time: 10 min.

  10. Cook time: 30 min.
