  2. 1 onion , chopped

  3. 3 cups rotini pasta , uncooked

  4. 3-1/2 cups water

  5. 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce

  6. 1 cup sliced fresh mushroom s

  7. 1 red pepper , chopped

  8. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

  1. BROWN meat in Dutch oven or large deep skillet; drain. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

  2. STIR in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

  3. TOP with cheese.
