  1. 4 ribeye steaks

  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash pepper

  3. 1 cup chopped cucumber

  4. 1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing

  5. 1 cup spinach leaves

  6. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

  7. 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

  1. Prepare and preheat grill. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper and place on grill. Combine cucumber and remaining ingredients in medium bowl and toss to coat. Cook steak to desired doneness, then remove from grill and let stand on serving plate for 5 minutes. Top with salad mixture and serve immediately. Serves 4
