  4. 1/4 cup Red Onion, Diced

  5. 1/2 cup Nonfat Mayonnaise

  6. 1/2 cup Nonfat Sour Cream

  7. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  8. 2 tablespoons Tarragon Vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard

  10. 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

  11. Salt And Pepper, To Taste

  1. True to fashion, this attractive coleslaw is better the second day. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, pepper, and onion; toss well. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; stir well. Pour dressing over vegetables; toss gently. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Makes 6 servings.
