  1. 1 (22 1/2 oz.) box Jos Ol Steak and Cheese Taquitos with Flour Tortillas

  2. 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  3. 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies

  4. 1 cup milk

  5. 4 whole eggs

  6. 3 Tablespoons flour

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  9. Butter bottom and sides of a 9x13x2-inch glass baking dish.

  10. Drain green chilies and spread over the bottom of buttered dish.

  11. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese over the chilies.

  12. Cut frozen Taquitos in half and layer evenly over the cheese, then top with remaining cheese.

  13. In a blender, combine milk, eggs, flour and salt, then pour evenly over cheese and Taquitos.

  14. Bake about 1 hour or until top is golden brown.

  15. Serve with a scoop of your favorite salsa if you like.

  16. Recipe makes about 12 servings.
