  1. 1 tb Flour

  2. 1 c Sugar

  3. 1 c Hot water

  4. 1 tb Gelatine

  5. 1/2c Orange juice

  6. 1/2c Passion-fruit pulp

  7. 1 tb Lemon juice

  1. Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup of hot water.

  2. Blend flour with a little cold water, and carefully add to hot water, add sugar and stir over the fire for 3 - 5 minutes.

  3. When cooled slightly add disolved gelatine.

  4. Add orange & lemon juice.

  5. Turn into a basin and when thickening slightly beat until very thick and foamy.

  6. Add passion-fruit pulp -- pour into a glass dish.
